They selected three high-quality cask types, first-fill and re-fill bourbon casks, and American Oak Hogshead. Notes of citrus fruits, malt flour, vanilla cake and sweet cinnamon fill the air. The palate is smooth, elegant and buttery with sweet fruit and a silky sweetness. The finish is elegant with a delicate spice.
